I came across a comment on beyondbt (a blog for and by "returnees" to observant Judaism) that was very very disturbing. This poor woman actually stopped using the mikvah and practicing T"H and all other mitzvot because a mikvah attendant criticized her for having trouble with the brocha? Instead of helping her?
